Nerva H2Sep 300
A thinner separator for higher current density in next-generation alkaline stacks.

Nerva H2Sep 500 is available for evaluation now. It drops into 500 µm-class stacks and delivers more current at the same cell voltage.
A porous, nanomaterial-modified zirconia–polymer composite separator for alkaline water electrolysis. It combines low ionic resistance with high strength, usually a trade-off.

A thinner separator for higher current density in next-generation alkaline stacks.
A separator grade for stacks that run hotter, for higher efficiency.
Activated nickel electrodes engineered alongside the separator they work with.
Separator and electrodes pressed together and delivered ready to stack, to cut cell voltage and assembly labour.
Replacement separators and assemblies scheduled through the life of a plant.

We develop new grades, electrodes and assemblies with the stack makers who will use them. If you need a thinner sheet, a hotter grade or a ready-to-stack assembly, tell us your design.
